Sayre Quevedo, 19, lives in Oakland, California. He studied creative writing at Ruth Asawa School of the Arts in San Francisco.
When he's not riding his bicycle or writing poetry he's working as a reporter for Youth Radio. His work has been featured on National Public Radio Marketplace, the Huffington Post, and in National Geographic and the San Francisco Chronicle.
